How long does it take to complete a custom order?
Custom tailoring typically takes 7-14 business days from the date of measurement and order confirmation. Complex designs or special fabrics may require additional time. We'll provide you with an estimated delivery date when you place your order. Rush orders can be accommodated for an additional fee.
How do I care for my custom-tailored garments?
Each garment comes with specific care instructions based on the fabric used. Generally, we recommend dry cleaning for formal wear and suits, gentle machine wash for casual items. For best results, hang your garments properly and store them in breathable garment bags.
How do you take measurements for custom tailoring?
Our professional tailors take precise measurements using traditional tailoring techniques. We measure over 20 different points including chest, waist, shoulder width, arm length, and more. For the best fit, we recommend visiting our hub for in-person measurements
What customization options do you offer?
We offer extensive customization including fabric selection from premium materials, style choices, fit preferences (slim, regular, or loose), and personal touches. You can choose from our design catalog or bring your own design ideas.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for items in original condition. Custom-tailored items can only be altered if there are defects in tailoring.
