Our Commitment to Quality
At StitchCart, every garment is custom-stitched and made to order, based on individual measurements, fabric selection, and style preferences. Because of the personalized nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not applicable.
However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we offer alteration support to ensure the right fit
Returns & Exchanges
- • StitchCart does not offer returns or exchanges on any custom-stitched or personalized garments.
- • All orders are made specifically for the customer and cannot be resold or reused
- • Once an order is confirmed and production has begun,it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
Alteration Policy
To ensure a comfortable and accurate fit:
- • StitchCart offers alterations within the originally provided measurements.
- • Alteration requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- • The garment must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- • Alterations are limited to fit-related adjustments only (e.g., loosen/tighten, length adjustments).
- • Design changes, fabric changes, or style modifications are not covered under alterations.
Alterations may be:
- • Done at a StitchCart hub or partner location, or
- • Coordinated remotely with courier pickup, subject to feasibility.
Alteration Charges
- • One round of basic alterations may be offered free of charge (at StitchCart’s discretion).
- • Any additional alterations, major resizing, or changes outside original measurements may incur additional charges
- • Shipping or logistics costs, if applicable, may be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.
Quality & Defect Resolution
If a garment has::
- • A manufacturing defect, or
- • A deviation from confirmed order specifications
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images. StitchCart will assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution, which may include alteration or correction.
Measurement Responsibility
- • Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements.
- • StitchCart is not liable for fit issues arising from incorrect measurements submitted by the customer.
- • For AI-assisted or in-person measurements, StitchCart will take responsibility within reasonable tailoring tolerance. (When this becomes accessible for public access)
Terms & Conditions
- • StitchCart reserves the right to approve or decline alteration requests after inspection.
- • Minor variations in color, fabric texture, or finish are natural and not considered defects.
- • Alteration timelines may vary depending on garment type and complexity.
- • All policies are subject to change without prior notice.
